안녕하세요 제니서머스입니다.
영락한글학교에서 개나리반 아이들과 오랜 시간동안 함께 소중한 순간을 보내왔어요.
그리고 4달이란 시간이 훌쩍 지나 마지막 수업을 맞이하게 되었습니다.
마지막 수업이 다가올수록 아이들의 성장과 발전을 되돌아보게 되어요.
지난 15주 동안 한글의 ㄱㄴㄷ도 알지 못했던 아이들이 놀라운 진전을 이루었고, 학부모님들의 따뜻한 지원과 협력이 이를 가능하게 만들었습니다.
우리 아이들의 언어적 능력 향상은 물론, 한글과 한국 문화에 대한 관심도가 증가했음에 저는 큰 자부심을 느낍니다^^
15주차 공지사항입니다.
1. 이번주, 5월 4일에는 시상식(개근상, 독서상), 음악발표회, 재미있는 게임 이벤트가 계획되어 있습니다. 시간이 되시는 부모님께서는 이 날 함께 참여하셔서 아이가 상을 받고, 노래하고, 다른 친구들과 정답게 한글 게임하는 모습을 응원해주세요^^
개나리반은 모두 빨간색 옷을 입고 와주세요!
저희 반에서는 라온이가, 튤립반에서는 나오미가 솔로파트를 열창하기로 했습니다.
2. 개나리반 이번주 DROP OFF 과 PICK UP 은 모두 1층 GYM에서 이뤄집니다. 행사 준비로 늦지않고 꼭 9:25분까지 등교할 수 있도록 해주세요.
가방은 작은 가방이나, 가져오지 않아도 됩니다. 간식시간이 없으니 아침을 꼭 챙겨먹고 올 수 있도록 해주세요.
3. 지난 수업에서 아이들 기말고사를 본 후, 성적표가 발부되었습니다.
- * 다음 년도 개나리반 수업에서는 역사와 문화에 대한 수업이 준비되어 있습니다. 역사와 문화는 언어 학습의 중요한 부분이며, 개나리반에서는 학생들이 언어뿐만 아니라 한국의 다양한 면에 대한 이해도를 높일 수 있도록 다양한 수업을 제공하고자 합니다. 이를 통해 아이들이 한국의 역동적인 역사와 아름다운 문화에 대해 더욱 관심을 가지고 배울 수 있도록 기대합니다. 커리큘럼은 이미지를 참고해주세요.

I've had the pleasure of spending valuable moments with the children of the 개나리반 at Yeongrak Korean School for quite some time now.
As we approach our final class after four months, I find myself reflecting on the growth and progress of the children.
Over the past 15 weeks, children who were once unfamiliar with even the most basic elements of Hangul have made remarkable strides.
This progress has been made possible thanks to the warm support and cooperation of the parents.
I take immense pride not only in the linguistic advancements of our children but also in their growing interest in Hangul and Korean culture.
Here are the announcements for Week 15:
1. This week, on May 4th, we have a ceremony planned, including awards for perfect attendance and reading achievements, a music performance, and engaging game events.
Parents who are able to attend are encouraged to join us on this day to cheer on their children as they receive awards, sing, and participate in Korean games with their friends.
Please ensure your child wears red attire for the occasion!
In our class, Raon will perform a solo, while Naomi will do the same in the Tulip class.
2. This week, DROP OFF and PICK UP for the 개나리반 will take place in the 1st-floor GYM.
Please ensure your child arrives promptly by 9:25 AM, as we will be making preparations for the event.
Bringing small bags is optional; There is no snack time, so please ensure your child eats breakfast before coming.
3. After the children's final exams in the last class, report cards have been issued.
- Next year in the 개나리반, we're excited to introduce new lesson plan focusing on history and culture(Korean Lesson + History/culture Lesson). We believe that learning about the rich history and vibrant culture of Korea is essential for language acquisition. Our goal is to offer a wide range of engaging lessons that will help students gain a deeper appreciation for different aspects of Korea. By doing so, we hope to spark greater curiosity and enthusiasm among our children for Korea's fascinating history and beautiful culture.
